Chris White

A former collegiate football and track & field student-athlete for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, White went on to play in the Canadian Football League and on several Arena Football teams. Following his playing career, White spent time working with Dr. Marcus Elliott, one of the leading doctors in sports performance today. While working with Dr. Elliott at his training facility P3 in Santa Barbara, California, White assisted in training professional athletes in the MLB, AVP, NBA, and NFL.

White earned a Master of Science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science from Cal Poly. During his graduate studies, he focused on different forms of recovery after strength training and teamed up with Dr. Chris Holder to write his master's thesis on the effects of Qigong on strength gains and well-being in collegiate athletics. White is a certified USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level II Instructor and a Senior Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC). He also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Strength and Conditioning Certified Coach (SCCC).

White is in the process of getting his doctoral degree in exercise physiology while continuing his research on recovery modalities' effects on sports performance, as well as sweat lactate response during weightlifting. He is married to Dr. Kimberly (Baker) White and they have a daughter, Keira, and son Caius. They also have two black labs, Emma and Grady.
