What is Strength School?
Strength School is a 4-day intensive onboarding experience required for all athletes in 5th–8th grade before beginning full Code 8 training. It establishes the foundation for safe, effective, and confident athletic development.
We don’t just teach your athlete for four days and wish them luck, we stay invested in their long-term success. To maintain the standard we set in Strength School, we include three monthly follow-up technique days designed to reinforce proper mechanics and ensure the foundations your child learned remain safe, stable, and consistent as they grow.
The Commitment
Strength School is a 4-day combination course lasting 75 minutes per day. We utilize seminar but primarily focus on live demonstration. We believe the best way to learn is to have each athlete perform each movement with an expert coach providing real time feedback.
ENROLLMENT INCLUDES:
4 core training days and 3 complimentary follow-up instruction sessions, giving your athlete 7 total days of expert coaching.
What do athletes learn?
• Movement mastery: posture, breathing, bracing
• Lower body mechanics: squat, hinge, landing fundamentals
• Upper body mechanics: pushing, pulling, shoulder control
• Discipline, accountability, and training language
*We also accept current high school athletes who feel they can benefit from additional technique training.
